Carpet in hallway smellt like urine. Lift floor was dirty with broken dog biscuits. Room carpet was not properly cleaned. Barking dogs.

I used another credit card when I arrived, they said the credit would show up in 3-4 dayson the card I used for reservation, as of 11-13, 2014, I have not received the credit.

The staff was amazingly nice, top-class with every request. The room was exceptionally clean and fairly quiet with 2 beds. I felt comfortable there. Decent location of the hotel in a nice neighborhood.

The room was clean, and I had a reasonably priced room with a queen bed. The hotel is conveniently located close to Colorado, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It’s about a 15-minute drive to Inverness Golf Course.

We liked well-appointed room with 2 beds and very very nice staff. The hotel's location was EXCELLENT, near to many restaurants, the movie theater and bowling alley all within walking distance and Park Meadows mall and restaurants and the Entertainment District.
